To get a better understanding of our key user segment, we conducted our second annual survey of 500+ human resources and learning and development users to learn more about their employee training practices. The outlook for employee training in the UK remains positive for 2017. The majority of HR and L&D professionals surveyed said that their employee training budget will increase or remain the same in the coming year. The vast majority indicated that employee development was an important factor in their organisation. Quality stands out as the key factor when choosing a training provider with training content and quality of the trainer revealed as the top factor when choosing among providers.
